A few weeks ago I went to Prof. Dr. Ockenfels to remove a scar beside my eye. He gave me a great consultation and we decided the best method was with laser. I was a bit scared, but was positively surprised to feel that the procedure was not that painful at all. I can definitely recommend Prof. Dr. Ockenfels and am very happy with the result.
